For me, networking is about so much more than collecting business cards or adding contacts on LinkedIn. True networking is relationship-building, and it’s one of the most valuable aspects of leadership. When I started my journey, I found networking a bit daunting, especially in our fast-paced, digital world. But over time, I’ve come to see it as a way to connect, learn, and grow.

Setting meaningful, strategic goals is one of my favourite aspects of leadership. In my experience, having clear, actionable goals can make all the difference in turning a team’s potential into tangible success. I’ve found that when goals align with a bigger vision, they don’t just drive productivity—they inspire a sense of purpose that keeps teams motivated and engaged.

Change is constant in tech—something I’ve experienced firsthand. Whether it’s restructuring, scaling up, or responding to industry shifts, navigating these changes effectively is essential. Over the years, I’ve developed an approach to help leaders and teams build resilience, so they can stay focused, motivated, and effective even during times of transition.
